I’m Andy Moule, and I founded “Be Calm Within” to guide individuals toward building fulfilling lives and finding inner calm. I look forward to being a part of your journey.

Why Mental Health Matters

Mental health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being, influencing how we think, feel, and interact with the world. In today’s fast-paced and often stressful environment, mental health challenges are common. In fact, 21.5% of people aged 16-85 in Australia experienced a mental disorder in the previous 12 months, highlighting the prevalence of these challenges in our society (National Mental Health Commission, 2023). A mental disorder is characterized by a clinically significant disturbance in an individual’s cognition, emotional regulation, or behavior. For example, the most common mental disorders include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and substance use disorders (ABS National Study of Mental Health and Wellbeing).

So, if you’re here to understand what is going on with you, know that you’re in the right place, and you are definitely not alone. The most powerful realization is that you have the greatest impact on your future happiness. I hope I can help by pointing you in the right direction.

Taking Control of Your Mental Health

Taking control of your mental health begins with the choice to be well and the personal accountability that comes with it. Many of us have experienced things that shouldn’t have happened, and while we are not to blame for these events, we are responsible for our own lives and the steps we take to heal and grow. At “Be Calm Within,” I encourage and advocate for conscious work to improve your environment, move your body, and build community and connection, just as much as for deep unconscious work. Most people will need a combination of these approaches to fully address their mental health needs and create lasting change.

At “Be Calm Within,” I offer a range of services designed to help you address and overcome mental health challenges:

  • The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP): A powerful therapy aimed at resolving trauma-related issues, anxiety, and depression by addressing the root causes.
  • Resource Therapy: Focuses on accessing and utilizing inner resources to manage and resolve psychological issues.
  • Hypnotherapy: A therapeutic approach that uses the state of hypnosis to tackle the cause of our issues where they reside, in the subconscious mind, and facilitate positive change.
  • Coaching: Ongoing support to help you integrate changes and achieve lasting mental well-being.

My approach is rooted in addressing the underlying causes of mental distress rather than just managing symptoms. I believe in empowering my clients to reclaim control over their lives, build resilience, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
